Pulmonary medicine involves the diagnosis and treatment of disorders that effect the lungs and respiratory tract.  Disorders such as Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Pulmonary Fibrosis, Pneumonia, Acute Bronchitis, Chronic cough, Lung nodules, Lung cancer, Emphysema, Chronic Bronchitis and many more.  Under the care of Dr. Shatkin, a board certified Pulmonologist, we offer a full pulmonary function laboratory, including spirometry and 6 minute walk testing.  Symptoms of shortness of breath, chest pain, chest pressure, fatigue and cough are typical symptoms that would be addressed by a Pulmonologist.
