Patricia Kraycinovich, MSN, RN, APN-C
Patricia Kraycinovich works as part of a sub-acute rehabilitation team with Physician Specialists of Northern Jersey. She graduated from Saint Peters University with a degree in psychology in 2001, Ramapo College with a degree in nursing in 2004 and went to Rutgers University with a Master’s degree as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner in 2017. She worked at Englewood Hospital for 7 years on a cardiac-telemetry-pulmonany unit and home care manager for their cardiac pulmonary team.
Patricia is currently practicing at Family of Caring at Ridgewood Rehabilitation facility, where she provides care to patients after they have been hospitalized due to various acute and/or chronic medical illnesses or injuries. She also provides cardio-pulmonary and critical care consultations for patients who require closer monitoring of chronic illnesses such as obstructive pulmonary diseases or heart failure. Patricia works in collaboration with Dr. Jason Shatkin, Dr Goa and Dr Gross, with whom she communicates specific needs or clinical changes patients may have.
Patricia thoroughly enjoys providing compassionate, competent, and evidence-based care to her patients. She appreciates forming special connections with patients in a time of their life when they are vulnerable and need someone they can trust. Patient education and advocacy are at the top of her priorities when taking care of her patients.
While at Ramapo College she became the class president and received a leadership award. She worked at Englewood Hospital for 7 years on a cardiac-telemetry-pulmonany unit and home care manager for their cardiac pulmonary team. Patricia continued to work full time during her graduate studies and has gastroenterology and internal medicine experience.
