Michael Gross, MD, has been practicing Rheumatology in Bergen County, New Jersey since 2000. In the past, Dr. Gross has been a teaching professor at New York University/Manhattan Veterans Hospital, teaching Rheumatology fellows. He is currently on staff at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, New Jersey, and actively participates in the Valley Hospital Rheumatology clinic. His special areas of interest include: Systemic Lupus Erythematosus and associated diseases including Sjogrens Syndrome, Scleroderma, Polymyositis, Dermatomyositis and Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. Dr. Gross has a sub-specialty in following these diseases during pregnancy as well. In addition, Dr. Gross specializes in Rheumatoid Arthritis, non-surgical Orthopedics, Wegners Granulomatosis/Vasculitis, Osteoporosis, Gout, Pseudogout and Psoriatic Arthritis and Polymyalgia Rheumatica. In addition Dr. Gross is skilled in doing Ultrasound guided joint injection. Dr. Gross is Board Certified in Rheumatology.

Dr. Michael Gross graduated with a B.A. from Hofstra University. He earned his Doctorate in Medicine from the New York State American Program at Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan, New York. and then obtained his Rheumatology Fellowship at New York University/Hospital for Joint Diseases in Manhattan, New York. Dr. Gross has had multiple journal publications in Systemic Lupus and Neonatal Lupus in Arthritis and Rheumatology.
